Outstanding masonry projects provide living examples of the beauty and timelessness of masonry design and are a testament to its tradition as an architectural material.

The Masonry Contractors Association of Alberta (MCAA) is proud to announce the 2007 Masonry Design Awards, ‘Celebrating the Strength of Masonry’.  Masonry Design Awards honour achievements in imaginative and creative use of masonry.  For the first time ever, the North and South regions of MCAA are collaborating  to host an exclusive industry networking event/dinner that will celebrate the strength of masonry and showcase the winners and all projects submitted.

The judging committee is comprised of recognized members of the architectural and engineering professions retired from practice.
