Style Guide

Listed below are some general guidelines for consistent images on the site. Following these guidelines will make sure that images throughout the site will not be skewed, oversized, enlarged, shrunk etc. In order to resize images to the specs to follow you will require image editing software. Photoshop is typically used, however MSPAINT will also work.

Home Page Banners

You are allowed up to 4 home page banners rotating through. With these images you can attach both a headline and a subhead. Or you could also just have an image with no text. The sizes should be 350x350 pixels.

Sub Page Banners

You are allowed up to 4 sub page banners rotating through. With these images you can attach both a headline and a subhead. Or you could also just have an image with no text. The sizes should be 300x300 pixels.

Home Page Promos

You are allowed up to 3 home page promos at one time. The height is restricted to 95 pixels. The allowed width depends on how many promos are active at one time. 3 promos 170x95 pixels. 2  promos 282x95 pixels. 1 promo 595x95 pixels.

Sub Page Promos

You are allowed up to 3 subpage promos. These promos are created and then assigned to either a single page, or all pages. The image size should be 155x50 pixels. The height of the image isn't limited, so you can do larger, just remember consistency is key.

Content Images

Images for the content pages come in three flavours. Image left and text right, image right and text left, or image full width. Left and right aligned images are both 200x200 pixels. Full width images can be either 630x200 or 400x200 depending on whether promos are present on the page or not.

Knowledge Center

The knowledge center gives the ability to add images to categories and sections. These images should be 135x135 pixels. You can also choose to not have an image at all.
